Our Story
Equal Pay Group was born from the real-world need for true equality within the workplace. According to the American Association of University Women, Latinx women are the least paid demographic group at 53 cents to a white male’s $1 — an issue that isn’t anticipated to be resolved until 2451. We fundamentally believe that any organization that fails one employee is doomed to fail many more. Rather than simply posting about equal pay once a year, we actively work to equip organizations with innovative technology, knowledge, pieces of training, and a commitment from us to you to combat the wage gap together one company at a time.
