Sandra is the Director of Compensation Consulting with over 15 years of experience in human resources. Sandra has worked on a broad spectrum of compensation projects including pay equity, market analysis, job evaluation, reward and recognition, incentives, salary planning, survey participation and union compensation. Sandra has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a concentration in Business and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Framingham State University. Her certifications are a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork and a Certified Compensation Analyst (CCA).
